The baby nest consists of an outer cover in certified organic cotton, in a strong, durable quality. The filling in the baby nest consists of 100% untreated kapok. This creates a firm and full baby nest that maintains its shape. We use kapok both in the edges of the baby nest and in the quilted mattress the child sleeps on, which ensures insulation against cold from below, so the baby nest can also be used on the floor or under a play gym.

Kapok is one of nature's miracle materials. It is extremely breathable and temperature-regulating for the child to sleep on. At the same time, the baby nest is hypoallergenic because kapok contains a natural bitter substance where dust mites do not thrive.
