Fortunately, it is quite easy to wash Cocoon Company's mattress protectors. We always recommend that you only wash the pee sheet when necessary. By washing less and at lower temperatures, we protect the environment. Therefore, we recommend washing at 40 degrees or a maximum of 60 degrees if needed.
It can be a good idea to choose a program on the machine for heavy laundry, as the mattress protectors become relatively heavy when soaked in the washing machine. If necessary, you can give the sheet an extra spin.
The mattress protector is best hung to dry, so it stretches a bit back to its original shape and size. Do not use a tumble dryer. Also note that the mattress protectors shrink about 8-10% when washed. Therefore, gently stretch them a bit in a wet state before hanging them up.
