Getting a good night's sleep is important for our health. Therefore, we believe it is important to find the sleep products that suit the child's preferences and needs. When you choose sleep products filled with kapok fibers, you are guaranteed a pleasantly tempered and dry night's sleep, with both an organic and hypoallergenic product. To give your child the best possible comfort during sleep, you can choose to add a kapok mattress pad to your kapok junior mattress. A kapok mattress is firm. But if you want to add a little extra softness and comfort, a kapok mattress pad is an excellent choice. To protect your kapok mattresses, we recommend using our organic jersey sheet. The fitted sheet is woven from 100% organic cotton without the addition of synthetic fibers. MAINTENANCE OF YOUR KAPOK MATTRESS

As with all mattresses, it is a good idea to stand the mattress on its side occasionally to air it out. If you have a bed with a solid base, you should be particularly careful to air the mattress regularly. These bed bases make it harder to transport moisture away from the mattress. Kapok transports moisture and heat away from the child, but if the moisture cannot escape from the bottom of the mattress, it gets trapped between the mattress and the solid base. In the worst case, this can lead to mold spores forming under the mattress. Unfortunately, this can happen with any mattress used. Therefore, air the mattress once a week or as needed.
