At Cocoon Company, you will find Europe's largest selection of organic and hypoallergenic kapok duvets for the whole family. Our kapok duvets are hand-filled with the finest kapok fibers, harvested from wild-growing kapok trees in the forests south of the Equator. A kapok duvet from Cocoon Company is 100% organic, vegan, and contains only natural materials.  

Duvet in merino wool

Our unique wool duvets are produced with the finest untreated merino wool of the highest quality. What makes our wool duvets special is that we only use Spanish merino wool and take only the longest wool fibers from the sheep, resulting in a much softer, lighter, and more temperature-regulating wool for our duvets. You will therefore find that a wool duvet in merino wool feels incredibly comfortable to sleep with.

Amazing Maize duvet 

Here you will find our revolutionary cornfiber duvets. The fiber duvet is a gentler fiber compared to most other man-made fibers and is 100% naturally biodegradable, made from the natural excess starch from corn production, which aligns with our vision to reduce resource waste to minimize our environmental footprint. Amazing Maize Duvets combine the best of both worlds: the fantastic feel and durability of a polymer fiber duvet and the environmental benefits of natural materials and its sustainable cycle. 

Silk duvet

Cocoon Peaceful Silk is the world's first humane series of silk duvets and the only one of its kind. The silk duvets are unique as they are produced with 100% organic Mulberry Peace Silk. A silk that is not produced using the traditional method where silk larvae are killed to extract the silk, but instead by allowing the larvae to complete their natural life cycle. Winter duvet

Indulge yourself with a chemical-free and luxurious organic winter duvet in merino wool. With its fantastic breathable and temperature-regulating properties, the wool duvet ensures you have a comfortable, dry, and temperate sleep. Due to our unique carding of the wool, the wool duvet feels incredibly soft, light, and airy, and does not resemble a typical heavy wool duvet. Our wool duvet is filled with 100% untreated merino wool and covered with an outer layer of organic cotton.

How do I choose among the duvets? 

The unique aspect of Cocoon Company's duvets is that they are all produced with the focus on creating a duvet with high breathability, allowing moisture from the body to ventilate through the duvet. Additionally, we have focused on creating duvets with the best temperature-regulating properties, so the duvet can help the body regulate heat and cold according to its needs. The biggest difference in our five series of duvets lies mostly in the feel of the duvet. 

However, we often find that subjective opinion can play a significant role in the choice of duvet. Once you get used to a certain type of duvet, it can be difficult to switch away. But that said, we also find that many are incredibly surprised by how much a duvet with high breathability and better temperature-regulating properties can impact their sleep and quality of life. Therefore, one should approach the duvets with an open mind and look more at the feel and features of the duvet than just the materials.
