Which thickness should I choose?

A good rule of thumb is:

• If you often feel too warm at night and struggle with sweating during the night, even if you sleep cool, then the light version is a really good choice for you. If you really struggle with the heat, to the extent that even summer duvets feel too warm, then try looking at our wool summer duvet, which is even thinner than the light wool duvet. MAINTENANCE OF YOUR KAPOK MATTRESS

As with all mattresses, it's a good idea to stand the mattress on its side occasionally to air it out. If you have a bed with a solid base, you should be particularly attentive to airing the mattress regularly. These bed bases make it harder to transport moisture away from the mattress. Kapok transports moisture and heat away from the child, but if the moisture cannot escape from the bottom of the mattress, it gets trapped between the mattress and the solid base. When selecting our merino wool, it is crucial that the production of the merino wool is done in the animals' best interest. We therefore have a strict policy of only using wool from sheep that are free-range, sheared in a fair and proper manner, and not subjected to mulesing. The Lemon Myrtle plant, known as citronmyrte in Danish, is a flowering shrub native to northeastern Australia.
